Key Advantages

Integrated Design

Three-in-one collaborative system with seamless integration. SVP5100 probe handles sampling and vaporization, SAMP 5100 ensures safety interlocking, CLOS 01 provides sealed storage and transfer.

Easy Deployment

Compact lightweight design, direct connection via standard flanges, quick docking of components, single-person deployment without complex calibration.

Precise Manual Control

On-site operation panel with real-time parameter display, user-friendly manual controls minimize human error, easy operation for non-professional technicians.

Wide Pressure Range

Supports minimum 0.1 barg low-pressure stable sampling without additional pressurization, perfect for FSRU/FLNG low-pressure conditions.

Application Scenarios

FSRU/FLNG

Adapted for floating LNG terminal low-pressure conditions, ensuring representative sampling in supercritical state.

Tank Truck Loading/Unloading

Quick docking with tank truck interfaces, flexible adaptation of manual/automatic sampling cylinders, sulfur passivation prevents contamination.

Long-distance Pipelines

Supports 24/7 continuous pipeline sampling, 316 stainless steel sulfur passivation resists corrosion, adapts to high/low temperature and high-pressure conditions.

LNG Storage Tanks

Sampling before and after tank loading/unloading, monitoring water/hydrocarbon dew point and hydrogen sulfide content.

Laboratory Offline Verification

Spot sampling provides dedicated sampling cylinders for customs inspection, terminal sample retention, and data calibration.
