ISOSAMPLE 8100 Bidirectional Vacuum Sampling Probe is a core component of the OPTA 8100 Sampling System, suitable for LNG, LPG, LCO₂ and other cryogenic media. Designed for extreme low-temperature conditions in terminal tank truck loading/unloading areas to ensure custody transfer-grade sampling precision.

Overview

The probe utilizes vacuum insulation technology and a patented booster design, complying with ISO 8943:2025. It ensures 100% liquid phase and fully representative samples from LNG, LPG, LCO₂ and other cryogenic media pipelines, eliminating detection errors caused by fractionation. It provides a reliable sample basis for analyzing critical parameters like calorific value and composition. The bidirectional sampling structure is adaptable to medium pipelines with different flow directions. Suitable for ship loading/unloading, tank truck loading/unloading, and process pipeline sampling applications, widely used in large-scale operations such as LNG terminals and transfer terminals.
